Nicole Bacak
Nicole is the Director of Operations for Rising Tide Montessori, managing the production and post-production process, social media, and assessment. Nicole’s career in Montessori spans more than a decade, and her skills have been in high demand by Montessori organizations across the United States. Before joining Rising Tide, Nicole was a Primary Guide and Elementary Assistant Guide at Goodwater Montessori Public Charter School in Georgetown, Texas. She was also a Primary Course Assistant for Montessori Institute of North Texas (Austin, Texas), an Elementary Course Tech Support for Montessori Center of Minnesota (St. Paul), and an Elementary Course Assistant for Washington Montessori Institute at Loyola University Maryland (Columbia). She has also been an independent consultant for the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE) as they shifted their processes to a new portal system. Nicole brings these formidable skills to Rising Tide Montessori.
